Over the past five years, I have successfully overseen the expansion of a group of franchised cell phone repair stores, positioning them among the top 20 in the nation.
I am thrilled to take on the role of Resale Manager/Trainer at Homeboy Electronics Recycling. In this role, my main goals are to grow the current revenue streams, establish new ones, simplify operational processes, and develop a training program that will enhance the earning potential of our current team members while also lowering the risk of recidivism.
