Recycle With Us - Impact a Life

Help protect our environment while providing job opportunities and hope.

Hire us

We can fulfill any e-waste, IT asset disposition, or data destruction needs you may have. Let us compete for a chance to win your business with our extensive certifications, excellent service reputation, and competitive pricing.

Please note that we are happy to receive computers and cell phones as "donations." However, the cost to process most other e-waste exceeds the recoverable value. In those cases, we charge competitive fees to responsibly recycle the material.

Shop with us

Visit our retail store at 1370 E. 18th Street, Los Angeles CA 90021 or browse our online store for a selection of refurbished computers and vintage audio equipment.

Spread the word

Introduce us to your employer's IT director, facilities manager, or sustainability officer and/or tell your family and friends about our services. If you want to post about us on social media, there are some great articles to share in our In The News section.
Since working here, every day I get the chance to give back. Sometimes I tell people, I save the world one computer at a time, every day.

MORE WAYS TO SUPPORT HOMEBOY

Advocate for social enterprise

Write or call your elected officials and ask them to add “social enterprise” as a supplier diversity category (similar to small business, woman-owned, minority-owned, veteran-owned, etc.) in their purchasing process. This is already the case in LA County. Such a designation helps us compete for public contracts with slim margins.

Donate to Homeboy Industries

Our parent organization, Homeboy Industries, is a 501(c)(3) organization that relies on the generous support of people like you to offer its desperately needed programming to more people. You can donate here or shop their online store for clothing, books, and other merchandise.

Support “Right to Repair” legislation

In a nutshell, “Right to Repair” requires manufacturers to provide fair access to service information and replacement parts. It works with cars, why not with electronics? Find out how you can support this legislation at Repair.org .

Volunteer with Homeboy

Sign up to volunteer through Homeboy Industries. There are a variety of ways to support our work in both short and long term projects. We’ve had industrial engineers, physical therapists, photographers and more contribute their skills.
