30 day warranty
All items sold domestically are warrantied for 30 days. If an item stops working, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to request a return and, if eligible, receive instructions on how to proceed. We
reserve the right to attempt to repair or replace the item before providing a refund.
To prevent fraud, returned items will have their functionality verified by a technician before a refund can be given. For in-store returns, this will typically happen immediately when the customer arrives at our location. For returns that are shipped back, please allow 2-3 business days for this evaluation. A
restocking fee will apply if an item is returned in a different condition than described in the listing (i.e. damaged or a new item returned with signs of use).
This warranty does NOT cover damage or issues caused by misuse or by alteration, including but not limited to: operator error, drops, spills, physical or electrical stress, and virus or spyware infection. Furthermore, any work performed by a third party will void this warranty.
Refund policy
Credit card, PayPal, and other electronic payments will be refunded on the same account originally used for purchase. Homeboy will cover return shipping costs.
Product stewardship
When your product reaches the end of its useful life, we would be happy to recycle it for you (call, email or mail it back to us). Otherwise, we ask that you use a local electronics recycler with R2 or e-Stewards certification. This helps ensure that electronic devices, which contain hazardous substances as well as
valuable materials, do not end up in landfills.

CASE SUMMARY
One of our customers was a mid-size hospital that was closing down. We worked directly with them, and an auction company, to liquidate their electronic assets; including servers, computers, and certain medical equipment. The revenue recovered from this process helped them wind-up operations in a cost-effective manner.
